Our team produces accurate, field-verified as-built documentation that captures the true path, depth, and horizontal offsets of each usable conduit. These offsets are referenced from fixed surface features such as back of curb, edge of pavement, or front of sidewalk to ensure clear, repeatable measurements. We also document access points and any deviations from the original plans. The result is a reliable record that supports permitting, reduces rework, and simplifies future maintenance or expansion.

When conduit segments are blocked, crushed, or otherwise unusable, we respond quickly. Using rodding, vacuum extraction, and visual inspection, we pinpoint the issue and restore the path with minimal disruption.
